Our 2023 Year in review and what’s next for 2024
2023 was a difficult year in trucking to say the least, but 123Loadboard still delivered on last year’s promise – FREIGHT.
We said we would bring you more freight and we stuck by that through meeting face-to-face with brokers and attending 10+ trade shows in 2023 with this goal in mind. Now in 2024, we will relentlessly pursue having even more loads and features on our platform.
2023 Accomplishments
We remained diligent throughout 2023 and delivered on some important items:
- Remained the highest-rated load board in the industry
- Added more tools
- Launched dozens of new carrier and broker features.
- Ensured uptime and functionality
- We fixed thousands of bugs to continuously ensure our services remain efficient and online.
- Expanded product offering
- Partnered with 12+ industry partners to provide additional benefits to our users.
- More loads than ever!
- Registered 3,100+ new brokers and shippers to increase the number of loads available to search through.
- Better loads to choose from
- More companies have started posting more detailed loads, including pickup times, drop-off times, weights, length, rates, commodities, etc. Brokers are helping with this initiative.
