This policy covers how Lozzo Management Inc. (123Loadboard) treats personally identifiable information that 123Loadboard collects and receives, including information and images, related to your use of 123Loadboard services, including the 123Loadboard app and the beta version of the app. Personally identifiable information includes your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, information collected through your browser, and other information that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that 123Loadboard does not own or control, or to people that 123Loadboard does not employ or manage.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • 123Loadboard collects information about you when you register with 123Loadboard, when you use 123Loadboard services, when you visit 123Loadboard pages or the pages of certain 123Loadboard partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. 123Loadboard may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. By using our services and/or by creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
  • When you register with 123Loadboard, we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, etc. Once you register with 123Loadboard and sign into our services, you are not anonymous to us.
  • 123Loadboard collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of services that we offer.
  • 123Loadboard automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, 123Loadboard cookie information, and the page you request.
  • 123Loadboard collects geolocation information as more fully described in the section below entitled “GPS Location Sharing”.
  • By providing your phone number, you agree to opt-in to receive text messages from 123Loadboard. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

123Loadboard uses information collected from its members for the following purposes:

  • to customize the content you see (corporate profiles, company logos, credit ratings, etc.);
  • to fulfill your requests for services;
  • to allow users to indicate availability for work in particular locations;
  • to improve our services and offerings;
  • to contact you in relation to the services;
  • to conduct research; and
  • for other purposes to which you have expressly consented, including without limitation, to include your information and images in “load views” and “hot leads” as part of load matching aspect of the Service.

123Loadboard shares information collected from its members as described below. This may include phone numbers and other contact information where such sharing is necessary to provide the 123Loadboard services, including freight matching and communications between authorized members of the 123Loadboard platform.

However, notwithstanding the sharing described below, 123Loadboard does not sell, rent, or share SMS/text messaging opt-in information, mobile messaging consent, or the fact that a user has opted in to receive text messages with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers and other contact information may be shared with authorized 123Loadboard members, including carriers, brokers, shippers, and other platform users, when necessary to facilitate load matching, freight-related communications, or other services requested by the user. This sharing of contact information is part of the core 123Loadboard service and does not constitute sharing of SMS/text messaging opt-in or consent information.

123Loadboard may also share information with service providers and business partners that provide services on behalf of 123Loadboard, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-use restrictions. Such parties may process information, including phone numbers, only as necessary to provide the applicable services and may not use SMS/text messaging opt-in information or consent for their own independent marketing purposes.

Your personal information, including images, will be stored in secure locations in USA and/or Canada.

GPS LOCATION SHARING

When using our mobile phone app and website, you have the option to enable GPS location sharing on your device to offer the best loads, routes and to track loads in real time. GPS location sharing allows you to access our enhanced location functionalities. GPS location sharing is entirely optional and you may disable this function at any time in our app or on our website. Please note that this may restrict your access to certain services.
We may record your location and the location of the loads you carry. If you post your truck with your real-time location as available for work through our mobile app with its background location services enabled, this information is made available to brokers and shippers posting loads to our platform who may match their loads with your available truck. Once your truck has been matched, they may then send you load offers even when the mobile app is closed. If you accept a tracking request through this feature, the broker who has made such request may also be able to follow the location of the shipment you carry on its behalf.

COOKIES

123Loadboard may set and access 123Loadboard cookies on your computer to keep track of your membership registration. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. 123Loadboard lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to 123Loadboard’s cookies.

This website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by 123Loadboard. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by this website.

MARKETING AND PUBLICITY

You grant 123Loadboard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks in 123Loadboard’s marketing materials, website, case studies, customer lists, and promotional content solely to identify you as a user of the Service. You may opt out of this use at any time by emailing support@123loadboard.com.

YOUR ABILITY TO EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES

You can edit your 123Loadboard Account Information at any time, either by email or through the Member’s area. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the 123Loadboard services, such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered part of your 123Loadboard membership. By subscribing to the Service, you consent to receiving these communications from us and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them other than by cancelling your membership as described below.

OPTING OUT: From time to time, you may receive promotional emails or newsletters, where you have the option to unsubscribe from. You can opt out of receiving these communications by clicking on the link provided or emailing support@123loadboard.com. You may also opt out from 123Loadboard sharing your information with third-party marketing partners by clicking on the link provided or emailing support@123loadboard.com.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request that we delete your 123Loadboard Account from the 123Loadboard app or by sending an email to support@123loadboard.com. We will promptly process your request, typically within 2 to 3 business days. When we delete a 123Loadboard Account, we delete all personal data, including images, from our active public-facing environments, including from our website and 123Loadboard app as well as our active internal systems, including our customer relationship management system. We reserve the right to retain any personal information that is required by applicable law or regulation, such as what is required for invoicing, billing or other financial, legal or regulatory purposes.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We limit access to personal information about you to employees, contractors and trusted third-party business partners who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

DISCLAIMER

While we continue to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure and 123Loadboard cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.

MINORS

123Loadboard is not targeted to minors, including children under the age of 13. 123Loadboard does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of 18. If you are aware that 123Loadboard has been provided with any such information, 123Loadboard will endeavor to promptly remove such information upon notification.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

123Loadboard may update this policy to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. If 123Loadboard makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Policy, these changes will be posted on our websites in a timely manner.
