For posting only accounts and integration methods, please contact our Posting Department. Integrate your load posting with us so that your postings appear in our database in real-time at absolutely no charge.
HOW TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
To speak to a representative regarding extending your trial period, moving your next billing date, putting your account on hold or cancelling your account, please call 1-877-875-5301 (9am-5pm M-F EST).
To submit a formal cancellation request please follow the steps below:
Log into your account
Go to the Help page (on the top menu)
Go to the FAQs tab (on left menu)
Go to the My Account and click on How do I cancel or suspend my membership?
Complete and submit the online cancellation assistant form.
**The Cancellation Assistant highlights as a reminder to you, all the features that are included in your account and provides us with your constructive feedback in order to assist us into improving our services, as well as making your request formal.**
Upon submitting the cancellation assistant form...
a) You will be provided with a ticket number confirming your request;
b) Your account's automated billing will be immediately suspended;
c) Your billing details will be fully removed from our system upon the expiration date of your prepaid -or- in trial billing cycle; and
d) Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
