123Loadboard.com has just released a website update that includes advanced Email alerting.
123Loadboard.com users can now create alerts when searching for loads and posting their trucks. When a match is found, a load alert via email will be sent automatically which contains the load and contact information.

New Tool to Increase Posting Quality

123Loadboard.com has just released a website update that includes a tool to hide loads that have already been covered.
Benefits of the New Hide Tool:
1/ Easily removes the expired load from a user’s results;
2/ Automatically notifies the 123Loadboard.com’s Quality Assurance Team (QAT) of the expired posting and allows them to remove it even before the broker or shipper sends an update;
3/ Automatically highlights the load as “Already Gone” for other members who view the same load;
4/ Increased Member to Member Cooperation;
5/ Increased load posting quality.

The new enhanced account profile allows members to complete and edit their general company information, business background, authority, equipment, markets & commodities serviced and much more.

New Free Tool: Export To Excel

123loadboard.com has just released a new FREE time-saving tool that allows brokers and carriers to export their postings to Excel. The Export to Excel tool allows manual load and/or truck posters to easily send ALL their postings by Email to carriers, brokers, dispatchers, companies including freight matching loadboards just like 123Loadboard.com. Each time a member updates their postings, they simply need to click the “Export to Excel” link, save the file to their computer and send an Email.

We've just added a new feature (ie. tab) called "Credit Report" onto each load. Save time and money weeding through companies you wouldn't want to do business with. Check the credit status of your customer before you haul the load.

After many member suggestions and requests, 123loadboard.com has just added a new section to their website called "SELECT-A-SEARCH".
For those that aren't aware, the new updated 123Loadboard.com includes state-of-the-art load and truck searching pages that allow users to perfom over 1000 search combinations. No other loadboard in the industry offers this many search filtering options.
In short, the new SELECT-A-SEARCH tool allows carriers, owner-operators, brokers and shippers to search using default search options and most popular searches. The net result is time saved creating searches.
New Tool For Carriers: My Fleet

123loadboard.com has just released another new FREE feature that allows carriers and owner-operators to post their available trucks faster and with even less effort.
The new feature is called "My Fleet" and allows members to easily auto-complete the posting form by selecting a truck from their fleet.
With "My Fleet", there's no limit ...to the amount of trucks that can be addded to a fleet. Customize your fleet per driver, truck type, etc.
Search Results Auto-Update Every 30 Seconds (New feature)

Members now are in full control. They no longer have to renew their load and truck searches, it is real time with live posting/results updated every 30 seconds. New results are sorted first so members get quick and easy access to new loads and trucks.
