How can I change my membership plan or unsubscribe?

If you are looking to change your membership plan, you can upgrade from within your account and selecting either of the following plans:

Carrier plans:

  1. Standard Plan at $39/month allows you to search and view all contact details on posted loads and trucks.
  2. Premium Plan at $59/month gives you all options as the Standard Plan AND you get mileage, routing/driving directions, instant load/truck matching, and credit reports (including credit ratings and days-to-pay).
  3. Premium Plus Plan at $79/month gives you all options as the Premium Plan AND you get Rate Check and PC*Miler Mileage add-ons.

Broker plans:

  • Enterprise – Post Manually
    • $49/user/month
  • Enterprise – Post using API or TMS
    • $99/user/month

If you are looking to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time using the unsubscribe assistant. Unsubscribing will revert your account to our Free Guest Membership after any remaining paid time runs out. Also at that time, your credit card will be removed from our system so that you no longer get charged.

How to unsubscribe?

To speak to a representative regarding extending your trial period, moving your next billing date, putting your account on hold or unsubscribing, please call 1-877-875-5301 (8am-6pm M-F EST).

To submit a formal request to unsubscribe, please follow the steps below:
Log into your account
Go to the Help page (on the top menu)
Go to the FAQs tab (on left menu)
Go to the My Account and click on How do I unsubscribe?
Complete and submit the online form to unsubscribe.

**The form to unsubscribe highlights as a reminder to you, all the features that are included in your account and provides us with your constructive feedback in order to assist us into improving our services, as well as making your request formal.**

Upon submitting the unsubscribe form…
a) You will be provided with a ticket number confirming your request;
b) Your account’s automated billing will be immediately suspended;
c) Your billing details will be fully removed from our system upon the expiration date of your prepaid -or- in trial billing cycle; and
d) Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
